Shipping Policy
We currently ship to mainland UK addresses only.

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2pm are dispatched the same day via Royal Mail. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, or over the weekend, will be dispatched on the next working day. Bank holidays may affect dispatch times.

Our standard delivery timeframe is 1 to 5 working days from dispatch. While we aim to deliver promptly and securely, delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. All deliveries are made to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Orders over £10 qualify for free delivery. For orders under £10, a flat delivery charge applies. This will be clearly shown during the checkout process.

All products are carefully packaged in protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete, followed by a separate dispatch confirmation email when your order has been processed and shipped.

If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delays, damaged items or incorrect products, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@lubido.com, via the contact form on our Contact page, or by using the live chat feature in the bottom-right corner of our website.
Please allow 5 working days from dispatch before getting in touch if your order has not yet arrived.

Our lubricants are cosmetic products formulated for general personal care use. They are suitable for a broad range of consumers and comply with UK cosmetic regulations. All items are packaged securely and sent in plain, unbranded packaging.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, provided the item is eligible for return.

To exercise this right, please contact us using one of the methods above before returning your item so we can provide return instructions. Once cancelled, items must be returned within 14 calendar days.

For hygiene and safety reasons, items must be unopened, unused, and returned in a resaleable condition, with the protective seal or shrink wrap intact.

If an item is damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can resolve the issue quickly. In these cases, we will either refund the full amount or send a replacement free of charge.

Where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will also refund the cost of return delivery.
ā
If you cancel an order in line with your statutory rights and the item is eligible for return, we will refund the cost of the item and the standard delivery charge. Any enhanced or upgraded delivery services are non-refundable.

We do not offer exchanges.

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of an approved return and will be made to the original payment method used.
