Shipping Policy
We currently ship to mainland UK addresses only.
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2pm are dispatched the same day via Royal Mail. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday, except on bank holidays.

Our standard delivery timeframe is 1–5 working days from dispatch. We aim to deliver your order promptly and securely, but please note that delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. Delivery will be made to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Orders over £10 qualify for free delivery. For orders under £10, a flat shipping fee will apply — this will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

All products are carefully packaged in protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. You will receive an order confirmation email after completing your purchase, and a separate dispatch confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

If you experience any issues with your delivery — such as delays, damaged items, or incorrect products — please contact us as soon as possible at orders@lubido.com, via the contact form on our Contact page, or by using the live chat in the bottom-right corner of our website. Please allow 5 working days before contacting us if your order hasn't yet arrived.

Our lubricants are formulated for general personal care use. They are suitable for a broad range of consumers and comply with UK legal guidelines. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, all items are packaged securely and sent in plain, unbranded packaging.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you have any issues with your order, please get in touch with us — we will endeavour to replace or refund the full value of any product(s) purchased if the conditions below are met:

Please contact us as soon as possible at orders@lubido.com, via our contact form on the Contact page, or the live chat feature shown bottom right of our website. Please have your order number handy.

Orders that are to be returned must be initiated within 14 calendar days from receipt of your order, and only after you have contacted us through one of the methods above to have your return approved.

Unless the item is damaged or faulty, it must be returned in a resalable condition — unopened, unused, and with the protective shrink wrap intact.

If an item is damaged or faulty, we kindly ask that you notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can resolve the issue quickly. We will either refund the return delivery cost and send a replacement item free of charge, or issue a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after your return is approved.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the cost of postage — either on your original order or the cost of returning the item — unless the product itself is faulty.

We do not offer exchanges.

We do not charge any restocking fees.
